Dungeon Leveling is the New Order in Power Leveling

When the World of Warcraft was first launched, dungeon runs were uncommon. You need to be in a guild in order to go inside an instance. It is difficult to find other people who are willing to run it with you. And when you do manage to organize a group, you need to wait for the members to get to the dungeon. Or if you got at least two in the meeting stone, you can start summoning people.

There are lots of low level dungeons that people don’t have the chance to experience because they can’t find a group. When Patch 3.3 of the World of Warcraft was launched, it introduced a tool that solved this problem. The dungeon finder tool revolutionized how players level in WoW.

When you click on your Looking for Group Window, you’ll get the new Dungeon Finder instead. It lets you choose your role – Tank, Heal or DPS. You also have the option to be the dungeon guide or leader. Check this option if you have prior knowledge with regards to the dungeons within your level range.

The dungeon finder tool will automatically queue you for a dungeon. It will look for other players within your level. Once a group is assembled, its members will be teleported inside the dungeon. No need to travel far just to go inside the dungeon. And if you exit the dungeon, you’ll go back to where you were before.

At the days before the dungeon finder was launched, players had to drop dungeon quests because they can’t go inside an instance. Some wait to reach a high enough level to solo it but the rewards are too low for their current level and are deemed useless.

Now dungeon quests can easily be completed. It is the perfect companion when you’re dungeon leveling. It is now common for players to level up to 15 and start using the dungeon finder to find groups for random dungeons. They do this until they reach the maximum level, which is 80.

But dungeon quests are often the end quest of a chain. You must do some solo quests first to unlock a particular dungeon quest. This is the perfect way to break the monotony of dungeon leveling. At least you can explore the outside world before venturing into the dungeon. Plus it’s the ideal way of learning about the lore of the World of Warcraft.

Once you have all the quests for the dungeon, use the dungeon finder to look for your party members. Once you’ve complete the dungeon quests, you are rewarded with experience points and more often than not, a blue item.

Dungeon leveling with dungeon quests is the fastest method of leveling in the World of Warcraft. You’ll gain a level just by turning in the dungeon quests alone. Plus the rare items are sometimes better than Heirloom items. Well you should keep the Heirloom items for their experience bonus.

Dungeon leveling also teaches players how to properly play their class. As you progress, the dungeons get harder and you have to maximize your character’s skills so that your group will have a smooth run through the dungeon.
